Clinoptilolite Zeolites – How To Detox Your Body

Last updated on July 11, 2019

Clinoptilolite ZeolitesWhy using Clinoptilolite Zeolites is an effective way of detoxing chemicals and heavy metals.

It is sobering to realise that there are now 70,000 man made chemicals in the environment that weren’t there 100 years ago.

According to reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the average person now has 212 environmental chemicals in their blood. This list also includes the toxic metals: Mercury, Lead, Cadmium, Aluminium along with plastic byproducts – none of which are obviously supposed to be there.

Industrialisation and the pollution it has wreaked upon our environments means the average lifespan of todays’ young will be shorter than those of their parents.

There are many factors that contribute to poor health: Diets that are low in nutrition and high in sugars (high insulin levels compromise immune functioning), stress, lack of exercise and oxygenation of the blood, exposure to pathogens that are immune systems are not able to fend off (e.g. from foreign travel despite “protective inoculations”) and genetics (a far less common factor over environmental and lifestyle choices).

Whilst there are many products that are used to chelate (bind with) these toxins to pull them pout of our bodies they are not without risks or drawbacks. For example taking a heavy metal chelator like EDTA requires adequate mineral and vitamin supplementation because it not only removes heavy metals but also those minerals that we need (eg, manganese, chromium, etc).

Zeolites are natural microporous minerals that have been used since ancient Roman times to aid in the detoxification of the body.

Zeolites are negatively charged molecules that when passed through the body attract positively charged particles (toxins). Positively charged particles include mercury, lead, arsenic, and aluminium which are removed from your body along with other positively charged toxins. This process ‘lightens’ the load of toxins for your kidneys, liver and other eliminative organs to process.

More specifically, the minerals purify the body as they produce a negative charge that attracts the positively charged toxic metal ions (molecules) in our bodies. Heavy metals and chemicals deposit themselves on the cell wall and deep within the cell, whether the cells are found in organs like the liver and kidneys and gut for example, or in the brain, central nervous system, blood or tissue.

The important fact to realise is that clinoptilolite zeolites (and zeolites in general) don’t strip the body of the “good stuff,” – the minerals and vitamins that we require for health functioning. The particular clinoptilolite zeolites that I have written about in my eBook are the smallest purest particle sizes that have ever been manufactured.

The importance of this is that the zeolite minerals are able to fit into a water molecule. This particle size is small enough to allow it to be transported in the blood and enables it to reach bodies cells, removing toxins not just from the cell wall (where typically toxic metals “knock” the healthy metals/minerals from the cell walls receptor sites)  but into the cell itself.

Purity is an issue for a lot of health products. I still remember the scandal over Kwai garlic capsules that was found to have high levels of heavy metals back in the 1990’s. The highly effective clinoptilolite zeolites that I have written about are subject to stringent protocols from testing the incoming raw material, to knowing what is in every bottle of product that reaches the consumer. The manufacturer checks the purity of each batch of product for purity with an independent lab versus an in-house manufacturing lab. Other manufacturers do not check purity at all, or use an in-house lab—which can lead to a perception of bias.

Clinoptilolite zeolites are safe and effective and have been proven in numerous trials involving both people and animals. It has also been given GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe) status by the FDA.

    I just purchased Zeolite Clinoptilolite.

I would like to know whether it is to be used before or after a meal.

    Thank you.

Hi Anita, theoretically it shouldn’t make a difference but I’d recommend taking it between meals just in case you feel tired.
